Jimmy’s personable demeanor, coupled with his ability to offer perspectives that may have been previously overlooked, enables him to drive key results for his clients. Prior to joining RHR, Jimmy spearheaded leadership development and HR initiatives at The Home Depot. He then served as an external consultant for diversity and inclusion initiatives, succession planning, high-potential identification, and executive coaching before founding his own business, Blacksmith Consulting Company.
Off the clock, Jimmy can be found investing in his community, both as a professor of psychology at Clark Atlanta University and as a board member of a local service organization for at-risk youth. He is also an avid golfer and reader who thoroughly enjoys a cigar and a good bourbon.CONTACT
